The Adventure Squad has to stay busy and fast, so we have lots of important activities that aren’t just reading books or eating cake!
🚀 Friday Warmup
The Friday Warmup is the BEST way to start the weekend. We don’t meet at a boring place—we meet at the giant Super Fun Play Place with the ball pit, obstacle course, and trampolines!
First, we have to do five minutes of exercise. It’s hard, but the President (that’s me!) makes sure everyone is ready to run super fast for the rest of the night.
If someone in the Squad has something great happen, we have a Celebration Race! Like if Ishaal got a new toy, we all have a race across the obstacle course to cheer for her. But if something REALLY, REALLY exciting happens—like getting a new kitten or getting a perfect score on a science test—we do a Team Obstacle Race.
- The starting place is the circular window
- We have to touch the wall that has the cylinders that look like punching bags, when we touch that wall we scream “Reached point 2!”
- Then we have to go to the long yellow slides and slide down and scream “Reached Point 3!”
- We climb the net near the slides and climb up, when we get to the top we scream “Reached point 4!”
- Then we slide down into the ball pit and then climb the circular net all the way to the top and go back to the starting place and scream “Adventure Squad, hooray!”
🍿 Movie Day
Movie Day is the most relaxing adventure we have!
It happens a lot! Sometimes it’s on a Saturday afternoon when it’s raining, but it always happens during the big holidays:
- Thanksgiving Break
- Winter Break
- Spring Break
- Summer Break
We watch movies at each others’ houses and some times at the theatre. The movies are usually animated movies. We eat a whole mountain of buttery popcorn and pretzels! If we don’t agree on which movie to watch, we vote with our hands!

🎒 Adventure Skills Classes
These are not like boring school classes! These are the secret classes we take to make us the smartest and toughest Adventure Squad members ever.
- Arabic & English: We need these so we can have fun talking in different languages.
- Science: We learn how to make safe chemical reactions (like fizzy drinks!) and learn about constellations so we never get lost in the dark wilderness.
- Good Manners: This is so we know what fork to use when we get invited to a fancy dinner by a King or a famous explorer!
- Piano, Bongo, & Guitar: We need to know how to play these instruments so we can write an awesome theme song for the Adventure Squad. Duh!
- Taekwondo: We learn how to do cool kicks and break boards! This is just in case we need to escape a bad guy (but we only use it for defense — its in the name!).
- Clay Molding: So we can make perfect little models of the mysterious creatures and artifacts we discover!

All of our activities make us smarter, stronger, and ready for anything!
